Echoes of Light is bugged?

So I was runnign thru Echoes of Light for one of the quest items, and completed it. Finished the station, went to the ship, beat the bad guys, left the system per the prompt, and then it didn't give me the turn in, so I figured "okay, it's been a while since I played it, maybe there's more" so I transwarped, and I'm back to the beginning with the Gekli again...
I once thought that the borg were unstoppable. Now I think they're just idiots.

    Did you leave system while still under Red Alert? That can sometimes mess up the mission. You need to leave when not in that status.

    Not that I know of.
    I once thought that the borg were unstoppable. Now I think they're just idiots.

    Echoes of Light finished perfectly FINE for me today without any issues.
