Be nice if these patches actually fixed bugs.

The entirely of the dyson sphere story missions contain broken platforms and floating gangplanks and is a visual mess.
the Delta Quadrant mission Whats left behind, loading into Outpost 001 crashes every single time.

like...does nothing get fixed? or are they more interested in shoveling out more lockboxes and cash store items?
Ive made several tickets on this that are unanswered and its annoying to see the lack of care from the devs to this game.

    Sigh...

    Bugs get fixed all the time. The devs have always cared about this game and they show it every day.

    They fixed the dyson sphere misplaced articles on the mission "Uneasy allies" last patch (https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11363943-pc-patch-notes-for-2/6/20) Which leads me to believe they have found a fix and are working through the systems and areas that have dyson objects as soon as they can.

    Within a day of a game breaking bug in a zone being identified they have already scheduled time and have a patch coming.

    And you say the devs dont care?

    Now your tickets? When did you raise them? Where did you raise them? What bugs were they regarding? etc etc

    Criptic does fix bugs but 50% of the time it morphs in to a bug elsewhere in the game. Remember its just a unexpected feature or is it a ghost in the mechine? :)

    Hardly unique to Cryptic and compared some games STO is practically bug free. When working with something as complex as an MMO there's bound to be some unexpected results and add to the fact that most the people who worked on the orginal STO code no longer work on the (or that STO has a lot of fixes that are what you'd call "bubblegum patches" which might stop working once something else is fixed).

    remember that STO is 10 years old, that's a lot of time to accumulate wierd and unintended interactions in the code.

    Many patches do fix bugs. Today's patch is fixing the issues with the Dyson Battlezone. For more information, try reading the patch notes in GNN. Also, see the FCT and stickied thread about bugs in General Discussion. Thank you. /Thread
