Toven Khev. A bad penny.

Why is it that my Klingon and Starfleet Captains can hire and fire any Bridge Officer they like, but my Romulan Captain cannot dismiss Toven Khev.

Tried creating new Romulan Captains but every time he becomes a permanent fixture on the ships.

    Tovak Khev is a vocal in several romulan missions making his presence on your crew MANDATORY. If you so desire to replace Tovan as your first officer you can always add another officer and leave him on your list as an unused officer. Which is what i did when i went to a reman / klingon officer and a full reman crew.

    When Legacy of Romulus went live, Tovan Khev was a player's guide through the missions. Like Elisa Flores for Starfleet. He is an annoying P.I.T.A. during the missions. But he is pretty good on an Away Team. Once you finish the LoR Episodes, he shuts up.
