Cannot log in to the game

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I can log into Arc and download updates ok but when I click engage it will bring up the cryptic page with the loading bar do about 5% jump to the star trek online awakening loading page then just crash each time I try I have tried everything I can think off to fix this but no luck

    Really dumbass question perhaps, but have you contacted support? They might be able to help you. No guarantees, but I'd say it's worth the try.

    Have you turned off On-Demand Patching and turned on Force Verify in the Options section of the Star Trek Online launcher and clicked Apply? I personally just play through the launcher and only use Arc for the forums.

    Yea that is the same advise I try to give as well, turn off On-Demand Patching in OPTIONS as the loader launches prior to inputting your password.
