Xbox One will have maintenance from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm PT today. This maintenance will bring in the Breach Event, Mudd's Market, and the permanent Phoenix Prize Packs. You can find the patch notes here:

    Don't forget to update the ending date & time for these events on PS4 & XB1 -- they currently show the event running from Jan 21st to Feb 11th.
    I believe they should now end on 13/14th Feb?
