Picard Pack - Unable to purchase

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I am currently unable to purchase the Picard pack. I have the T5 Galaxy included in the pack already on account wide unlock. Does this mean I will not be able to purchase the Picard pack?

    I have a similar problem. I have the Galaxy Class 2368 Interior, The Zen Store says I already purchased the Picard Bundle.

    Same here. But I already bought the t5 galaxy ship, the galaxy interior, and the TNG outfits.
    I am unable to claim anything relating to the bundle.

    Still cannot buy the pack with my both fed alien toons. "You do not meet the requirements for this item"

    All other chars could buy it.

    I purchased it when it went live, couldn't access the content... They did a hotfix and now its saying I didnt purchase it... Ive submitted a report.

    I'm having the Miradorn Raider in the Picard Bundle not showing up as available to claim issue and also new to the forums so how does one go about submitting a report?

    Disregard above, linking account to ARC website somehow fixed issue.
