    Yesterday I was ok, today can't log back in, been at it for 45 mins now...
    I was in today right after patch, did a random tfo and the uni endev, then mail stopped working then the whole game, nothing would work so I closed out to restart it, you know, the off and on again thing tends to work. Nope. "Unable to authenticate: Connection to server timed out".
    I want to pew pew! :disappointed:

    They shouldnt have back to back daiky patches. Its frustrating what they are doing. Not able to play for two days on our available time is sooo irritating

    Notice via twitter .... Maintenance is still in progress despite the green go light on the launcher. Will let us know when complete.

    I have been trying to get in all morning and getting the same message. Is anyone aware of this problem and when it will be fixed?

    Well, it's currently red and reads - [ Star Trek Online is currently offline. We are aware of this issue and currently working on bringing the server back online as soon as possib ] - and all this while the light is green.

    I can connect for some strange reason it says Redirecting. Please wait...

    Definately an error in the Account Server I got to the title page and character page and then it failed to log in, YET the Server light was green indicating ACTIVE, yet for some reason it dud not connect.

    Well have managed to get into the loading screen and into the game, but things are a bit slughgish while loading

    Just done a battle, talk about Lag, more rubber banding than there are Rubber bands

    Did manage to get the Reward, that is something

    I just managed to get in and talk about lag in loading and movement, serious lagging and jumping about, other players seem fine, so it is only certain accounts it would seem.

    Definately Server connection issues still persist

    One thing that needs to be considered, not everyone looks at facebook or even has a twitter account to see when they post their done. :) just sayin.

    Agreed. With no disrespect. Previous CM's always posted on the forum FIRST before taking to FB or Twitter. But we have to respect Kael does things in a way that he feels is best. The playing community have to adjust. I have both FB and Twitter and have adjusted to look there first for notifications such as blogs, patch notes etc.

    Yup. No sooner did I post my logging on problem and I managed to get into STO.

    First the only thing I have a facebook account due to a club i use to be part of 5 yrs ago.
    second I do not need a twitter account.
    Unlike others I do not post or spend my life on social media, so if thats where the updates are being posted due to most being on there, then I will not ever see them.

    You don't need a Twitter account to read Cryptic's updates, you can just go to the Star Trek Online Twitter account and read them there.

    i don't use FB or Twitter and it's not unreasonable to expect Support to use a Support thread in the Support forum to do a bit of Supporting.

    It's gone again, anyway,
