in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I purchased item "assimilated uiiversal console mk xii" from the rep tab tonight jan 17 2020. I upgraded it to mark 15 and went to equip it on my character and it disappeared in the process. It was a blue quality item when i last looked.

    Did you check the visual tab on the ship???

    That is a list of gear that has visuals attached to them.

    Those can end up in the visual slot instead of gear slot if you do the automatic equipping options... Instead of drag and drop.

    It will also mess up/get confused when moving in inventory etc.
