10 Year Anniversary already lackluster...?

Rerun missions for a 10 year anniversary episode...wow, this does not show much hope that this will be the best year for the growth, and expansion of STO. Really getting the disappointment vibes early.

    Are you talking about Battle at the Binary Stars and Mycelial Realm which are just being re-released WITH the Anniversary, as regular TFOs in the regular TFO list, NOT as the Anniversary daily? - https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11345593-two-task-force-operations-return!

    Just wait until you see the ships that they put out, including for the anniversary event ship. You'll really feel let down. Unless you're a Federation player. Then you'll have ships to smile and clap about.

    Geko must not socialize often, or lives in his own glad-handing bubble, because his way of hyping up multiple voice actors/actresses is terrible. Just like his attempt to hype up pretty much everything he's made a peep about.

    "Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment." Best to kill your hope, and bring your expectations lower than a snake's balls. That way you won't be heartbroken by what's to come.

    I don't think any of the recent news makes this upcoming 10th anniversary for STO already lackluster. I'm not saying it won't be lackluster, but that's dealing with one's expectations too. I've got high hopes for Cryptic's STO 10th anniversary since they've had the confidence in hyping it up as they have.

    I'm sure I won't like everything, but I've learned to expect there's a lot of Cryptic's decisions I don't agree with nor are done with the type of player I am in-mind & I still enjoy STO the majority of time. I definitely think there's an upswing starting back last year compared to a couple of years ago of decline before 2019, I just hope 2020 keeps elevating. This 10th anniversary though will be a huge indicator imo about STO's current health & pre-congratulations to STO & Cryptic for making it this far even with a lot of warts.

    Obviously you didn't see the new TFO on the livestream, which, quiet frankly, was fantastic!

    OP, if you're posting about already being disappointed in an event which has not yet occurred, then Star Trek Online may not be the right game for you. A search of the Internet will probably give you quite a few games which may be much more suitable.

    As others have mentioned, it is too early to call.
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    Exactly until we get more future blogs no point in calling this, that or anything to be honest. Ten years is a big anniversary and I'm sure we won't be let down.
