Cardassian Space Trait: Photographic Memory

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
I purchased the Cardassian race as playable character because of the space trait Photographic Memory. It doesn't show up in captain skills:traits menu, space battle gameplay screen or in specializations. Please help. I am really disappointed.

    The trait is built-in and not one that can be selected or deselected in the traits list.

    Under the "Traits" tab in the character sheet, there is a big button marked "Details" at the top where it says "Species: Cardassian". If you click that, you'll see how the trait affects your character.
