Fek'Ihri Vanity Shield Disappeared Immediately After Purchase!

While playing the Winter event (2019) on my Federation captain (Resslau@dundragon#7205), I purchased the Fek'Ihri vanity shield, but it disappeared from my inventory. (I THINK I saw it there for a second, but I might be making that part up! The ornaments I used to pay for it are DEFINITELY gone!) Anyone else have this problem? This was around 9 PM EST on Saturday and it did not re-appear after the patch. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks! Brian

    Check your ships visual slot.

    Kaithan best answer. Check the ship's visual slots first. Don't bother support with in game quirkiness. They will only tell you to ask here.
