Jem'hadar - Holiday costume question

Just would like to know if Jem'hadar characters can use the full set of Breen costume parts or do only some the parts work (on PS4), mainly asking about the signature helmet? The Jem'hadar don't have the options for headgear normally and giving mine the summer event visors did not make the option show. Just want to make my gamma recruit a wannabe Breen.
