How do I access the "Lost Dominion" missions?

Since the "Discovery" patch updates moved a lot of the missions to another tab kind of confuses me when finding some of my favorite missions. How do I prompt the "Lost Dominion" story arc?

    They should be in the Available tab, but unlike other missions you can't skip any of them and have to do them in order to unlock them all.

    Also, you have to be level 65 as well unless that requirement has changed.
