Captain Rename Token issue

About a year ago I bought a captain rename token and changed my Remans name from Jhamira to Azula. Unfortunately, it didn't change her name every where. When I go into my Duty Officer window under personal assignments it still says Assignments for Jhamira and when I use the shard of possibilities my doppelgangers are labeled as Jhamira as well.

    I have this problem too. Changed my character's name from mu ra to inemus edak... everything that displays my character's name shows the old name.

    I don't really know and I am just a player, but are you sure you used the token to make the name change? I used the EC option and it changes it only in a very, very limited way.
