Total game re-installing?

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
I work shifts and loaded STO this morning at 4am UK time, aware that there was maintenance yesterday. It is now 08.06am and I am at 88%, but it seems to be loading the whole game again!! as it is up to 7083.4mb at the moment. Anybody else had this issue?

    Ahh Man!!. Big surge got it to 99.8% and stopped dead again :'(

    Well if it's downloading the whole game you got a ways to go! :) I'm guessing you didn't patch Tue and Wed as this is the 3rd patch this week.
