Hi, are you in a dead fleet, come join The Unity Accords we are a lvl 40 fleet with active members. we have several Admirals that can help with ship builds, we do TFOS every night, the Admirals are always doing events. its an American based fleet but i am Australian, the fleet is also in the M.A.C.O alliance, we also have a face book group if you search the fleet name under groups it should show up.     Could you post a link to your group? A search on star trek "unity accords" didn't turn it up.

    Also, is it Fed-only or is there a matching KDF-aligned fleet?

    Is it a casual, open fleet or one of those "10% of your dil!, 10K per week!" prison camps?
