Missing Universal Console - Protomatter Field Projector Bug

Was told to post here and it's likely a bug but I can not find my Universal Console - Protomatter Field Projector, it came with the Lukari Ho'kuun Science Vessel, I have the epic token version and not the event/account unlock version. I still have the ship on Rasad'Kar@vincetzuwu#5400 but can not find the console and it does not appear under the store/reclaim items section. I do not know exactly when this item went missing but I did realize it was missing on 11/7/2019 when I went to put it on my other ship to run Kobyashi Maru event.

    Two possibilities, it's on one of your ships or in your bank, or you deleted it in which case you're SOL. Well, there's a third, it's in your overflow bag.
