Iconian Resistance Reputation Accolade - Still Not Fixed???

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
So, collected my third piece of Iconian Resistance ground set tonight, and found in the accolade that the Armor didn't trigger.
I therefore have all 3 items but no access to the tailor/costume unlock.
This, and similar bugs have been reported in other Reputations (Terran Taskforce, for example) yet still no fix?

    Support should be able to fix this as they have done it for others with the same problem.

    No, if you read the various thread the CS explicitly say that it's a bug and it needs fixing from "external resources".

    Aye, they say it not possible to fix and it needs to be passed to the QA team.

    this has popped up on at least 2 of my chars.
