jem specialization points

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
i havve spent over 90 points in the specialization points tree i click on the dominion transponder to the next reward and it is still locked.

    There are other threads that have posted about this. Basically, what has already been completed on your Jem'Hadar character does not count toward the specialization points reward. You need to spend over 90 spec points (excluding those already filled in due to being a Jem'Hadar character) in order for it to become unlocked. This is not a bug. Thanks. :)

    As mentioned above, Jem'Hadar already start with points in 2 (?) Specialisations, so you need to deduct those 60 points to find out how many you've actually spent.

    I think 60 for Vanguards and 45 for non Vanguard's Jems. Unsure.

    Though points achieved by leveling to level "up to" and including 65, defer from the next ones' significantly by efforts needed to unlock those. And Jems probably get by leveling only 5 below level cap, I think, after the 45 or 60 pre-filled.
