Missing titles from Gamma Vanguard Starter Pack

I purchased the Gamma Vanguard Starter Pack but only the character who I was playing when I purchased it has access to the titles. "Victory is Life" and "Plain and Simple" are not available to any of the other characters on my account. I submitted a ticket in game and support emailed me and told me to create a thread here about it.

    Can confirm this, bought pack several months ago and don't have these titles.

    You have to claim the pack on the other toons to get the titles.

    Okay, can confirm this worked. It's weird that everything else in this pack unlocks account-wide but the titles.
