In Shadows Not Complete for Delta Recruit

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I've played 3 Romulan Delta Recruits and only one of them registered me actually completing the story arc for the tesseract. The other two characters don't have that recorded. I've completed the arc twice on one character, and nothing.

    Have you completed Temporal Ambassador?

    Take a look at the "In Shadows" story accolade and you'll probably find another mission, mentioned above, required for completion of the accolade.
    When the accolade pops, you'll be able to collect the reward.
