We'd best start with what you have and without any shorthands still will be a long haul, after all they're not magical spells that grant +100 to DPS but rather ways of saying things so that what you say doesn't bloat to the size of a small novel.
Personally I'd start with a "Auxiliary power to Battery"(an engineering bridge officer skill) based build for energy weapons, but it depends on what you got avaible.
EDIT:I apologize if I'm coming as overly hostile but I'm getting tired of people thinking those abbreviations are used to prevent the "noobs" from getting good DPS (oh and FYI:My personal best DPS is only around 50k or so and that was with buffs from other people).
So..Instead of short hand.. I do this ^ It works for the fleet im in and I can quickly see what to change on someones build.. Or point people to the wiki for the Icons on my Bridge officer abilities (boffs)..

https://sto.gamepedia.com/Starship_traits
https://sto.gamepedia.com/Personal_traits
https://sto.gamepedia.com/Reputation_traits
^ Like found there. But this means you'll have to be familiar with the items and abilities and such..However..if your familiar with them ..You'd be using short hand..
(sometimes its faster just to check some of the bridge officer abilities under "modified by" like on this page https://sto.gamepedia.com/Ability:_Gravity_Well)
Typing all of this out takes forever and there is ALOT of information as to the hows and whys that are easier to get to with abbreviations. Sites like Sto academy are nice but very time consuming which is why abbreviations are common..
I share this ship as I too am a Science Guy who had trouble getting past that 60k mark Now I Float around the 130k mark with a personal best of 162k .. I science with All classes. The above is actually an engineer toon on a ship some wrongly call garbage (Step between the stars Dyson Science Destroyer was set up horribly causing some to unfairly hate this ship). It was challenging at first to make work on an eng toon..But this toon regularly had my best records until the last lockbox hit.
I have a few 200k+ Dpsers in my Fleet..Best advise they have given me is work on your positioning and timing during an ISA/HSE run.

anyone bored enough to read through and tell me what i can replace to pop my dps above this 30k barrier my energy guys seem to have ? ty 4 reading /have fun out there
You have to literally build your character to a specific tree, to a specific route, and then branch out from there. You'll have to change what specializations you use based on your game play
Your character will need to be tweaked then you space doff's then your space traits, space rep and your star ship traits.
And when all that is done you then build up the ship.
once you have a good basement built you add to that structure so its pretty much as most players have said, your info is just too lacking. It might be best to look at builds and then slowly tweak yourself to follow them.
But from what you posted I can critique that and give you my personal opinion on what I would replace it with.
Ship: It's a fine choice for a ship a very strong one at that so that's fine though you could upgrade it to a raider if you want to max out dps at the Marquis one is good and has some very nice adds to it.
Starship Traits: Your traits have no real impact with each other, no synergy. And they are heavily time dependent. That's not what you want from your dps build, you want the faucet turned all the way up at all times not for it to run full blast for a few moments then trickle out. So I would scrap Overwhelming force. You don't need gimmicks to kill. And that skill is very gimmicky and if available i would change it with entwined matrices, vaulting ambition, or weapons emitters overload (If you choose this last trait you will need to manage your energy drain. You will need either Priors world defense satellite or plasmonic leach or trait wise Supremacy greedy emitters, Pilfered power, SIF Shunt, or use the Bajor set for it's drain feature.). Weapons Systems Synergy, it's got to go, if you want to keep with the strong torpedo synergy you need to go with Super Charged weapons, or Ceaseless momentum, or pretty much anything other then that specific trait. Emergency weapons cycle, now that's iffy... I feel you can get the haste in other ways and it's a waste of a slot but that's up to you. Pilfered Power, Calm before the storm would be far better. Promise of Ferocity, strike from shadows (This one has good synergy with concealed repairs and Exitus Acta Probat, just something to thin about) Coldhearted is probably the best trait you have on that list, Delta prime is timed heavily to delta pattern so its limited literally to your use of the skill, so you need to do something to have that skill up far more to get its full use, especially the crit severity. 37.5% it's a nice burst and noticeable but ultimately it's replaceable.
Personal Space traits: Fleet Coordinator is absolute fine here, good choice. Context is for kings is another good one, good choice, Good synergy with placate from strike from shadows. Beam barrage, very middle road relies too much on your personal skill to keep it up and going but it's good enough to deserve a passing grade. Beam training; if it's superior beam training then it's a pass if it's not, junk it and replace it with A good day to die. It will become your best friend. Warp theorist junk it, replace it with Terran Targeting systems. Smugglers luck junk it and replace it with last ditch effort, It has synergy with good day to die and has far better uptime. Secret Command Codes junk it and replace it with Duelist fervor or repair crews or even pseudo submission for more synergy with concealed repairs. Self modulating fire, nope, gone, replace it with into the breach for even my bang with cold hearted.
Just these things alone will increase your dps and we are only scratching the surface.
Rep Space Traits: Precision is a great choice, Adv targeting system another great choice, Engines for you ship is fine, Torp is fine but would really think about putting magnified power rank 2 there somewhere so engine or torp would have to go... probably engine and get my turn radius from helmsman and momentum in personal space traits. Automated prot would be replaced quickly with energy refrequncer or magnified power and pull in the Hull image console to replace it or something.
Would quickly get rid of the tetryon.... it's unnecessary, I would go full phaser, preferably advanced phasers but would settle for agony for the additional dot that has synergy with the temporal specialization or I would go along with my cold hearted build and mix it with int the breach with Pulse phasers for even more defense drain. I'd then get the two piece quantum phase set, the torp and the console and let those rip apart shields in a Gravity Well Torp spread 3 Salvo. I would also look at my power drain and supplement it with the two piece prolonged set as well. Add 10 to all my energy ratings plus the double wide arc of the prolonged torp with its haste effect will lends godly synergy to my Supercharged weapons keeping my crit chance and critcal damage maxed out during the entire red alert status.
The rest like pets and such is up to you and the consoles I would choose are also on the high end so that's also up to you but mimum I would look into Ordnance accelerator, swarmer matrix, and if I go full phaser I would look into getting two pieces Alternate Timeline Set, plus two pieces of the Synergistic Retrofitting set.
Very good choice in reflectors, and the set you use for your gear is up to you. I personally use the Stamet Tilly set since it has some nice effects and the lightning effects just look nice specially if you are using the Mycelium ambush console, very nice sfx.
Anyhow these are just what I would do and is pretty much my personal opinion as a dps min maxer. It's pretty EC heavy but that comes with the territory.
I love the skillplanner website for showing rather than telling, because you can click on any of the icons and see the full names.
There have been a few tweaks since the above was written up, but that's how I science on my engineer main, with a personal best of 278k the other day, but more typically around 220k.
When I get home (~4:30 PST) I can provide a similar link for my current top energy weapon build, which is also around 200k.
Energy weapons in general like multi-target or Area of Effect (AoE) powers such as Cannon: Scatter Volley (CSV) or Beam: Fire at Will (BFaW) to do maximum damage per second (DPS).
Science builds, on the other hand, revolve around Exotic Particle Generator (EPG), Drain Expertise (DrainX), or Control Expertise (CtrlX) skills and various consoles or bridge officer (Boff) abilities that are boosted by them.
My handle is @tobiashirt, and I'm one of a couple of co-leaders of my fleet.
