    My fleet does not have T2 spire status yet, so I can't claim the Fleet Heavy Destroyer. Can I do so if someone invited me to their spire?

    Yes, if your Fleet has provisions and you are allowed to use them, then getting an invite to another Fleet's facilities with the appropriate level would allow you to purchase the ship.

    Correction, ship purchases require changing fleet.

    Seriously? I thought that all you needed was an invite to a facility of that level and have access to your own Fleet's provisions.
