I'm glad to see Jems getting their vet rewards, and they look great. Just a few questions I had after looking.
1. The vet destroyer stats don't show an experimental weapon or the vanguard mechanic. I am guessing its just an accidental omission?
2. No Liberated Borg Jem'Hadar? Didn't really expect it but its a vet reward the other factions have.
3. No Vet Shuttle? I am hoping they just forgot to add it to the post. At the very least if we don't get a Jem vet shuttle can we have access to the Fed or KDF ones?

Good point. People always say "the Jem'Hadar don't use shuttles" but the game still requires them for some episodes and there are a few shuttle TFOs.
Regardless, thanks to Cryptic for getting us the Vanguard Heavy Destroyer.

The Jem'Hadar don't use shuttles doesn't really apply to the Jem'Hadar we play. We play Odo's Jem'hadar and his doctrine is a lot different from the traditional dominion one. Further Vanguard ships have fighters. Fighters also pull double duty as shuttles in STO. They could just fancy up a vanguard gunboat as the vet shuttle and it would fit perfectly.
It doesn't look like there's a T5-U version of the new LTS JH Heavy Destroyer ship either. Which had given ships such as the Duvqu' extra parts for kitbashing their ship.
As Jem'Hadar start at 60 already... not much point in making a T5 version. They might have made extra parts to compensate. We'll just have to wait and see.

Admiralty as well. That's two additional ship cards(if someone gets the fleet version of the ship as well), one of which gets a sci stat bonus when used alongside an engi or sci ship.

It does indeed show the Vanguard Wingmen mechanic quite clearly.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
Other than the extra Admiralty Card, the big difference in this Vet Ship and those from the other Factions is, they came out before the T6 Leveling Ship mechanic was introduced.

I don't think J'mpok would be so open with Klingon tech though. He already wanted the Dominion to burn at Hur'q hands once.
Also lore wise Liberated Borg Jem'hadar make no sense. They're basically disposable soldiers already as far as most of the Dominion is concerned. Any Jem'Hadar that are assimilated by the Borg are as good as dead to the Dominion, and just as easily replaced.

I have but info has been wrong before and the ship card is representative of what you get. Thanks though.

1: It's called a Vanguard ship...so it should have the mechanic even if it isn't listed...same for a experimental weapon or else it would be inferior to all the others
2: Is disappointing...may take a while since it took over a year and a half to get the vet ship or they may go with a story like not many Jem'Hadar were assimilated and they see no need to liberate them.
3: See number 2
I dont see vanguard wingman as is the case with other ships that have it.
Have you read above or below the ship info? That is where you would find that information. Thanks.
Perhaps you should read the entire article, especially what is written right above what you post!
Vanguard starships come included with two loyal Jem’Hadar ace pilots. These expert pilots fly their own Jem’Hadar Vanguard Raiders in formation with you, never straying far from your side. Their extensive experience in team-based tactics allow them to execute powerful maneuvers at your command. In case of catastrophic ship failure, they will return back to operations shortly and automatically after a brief lockout.

I don't think you know what selective reading is. The fluff writing is different from the stats. The stats are the more important part of the post regarding new ships. Fluff writing has contained misinformation in the past. Its not selective reading to ask for clarification when two pieces of information do not align. I hope that was simple enough?

It is selective reading if you read it in the article and chose to discard that information just because it's not in the list of stats. It is not uncommon for there to be errors in articles AND stats, and this is one of omission. It DOES have the Wingman mechanic.

Maybe it does or maybe it doesn't thats why I asked for clarification. Selective reading would be if I argued it DOESN'T have it based on just the stats, all I did was ASK if it did.
You have to realize that clarity and proofreading are not their strongsuit.
They didn't mention the Experimental Weapon Slot either.
Vanguard = Wingman
Heavy Destroyer (7 Weapons) = Experimental Weapon Slot

It makes about as much lore sense as my main flying around in a Universe Class. It'd look cool so I say why not put it in. If it has to make sense then Cryptic could add them in as experimental Jem'Hadar that the Founders have enhanced with cybernetic systems or something.
If Liberated Borg Jem'Hadar are off the table then maybe they could add another species instead like Vorta or Aliengen.

Simple fix, let Jems claim their allied T5 Vet ship & fleet version of the same. Story reason, that's how Odo's Vanguard got the tech basis.
The same applying to the General's Chariot/Captain's Yacht shuttles as well? Because the LTS shuttle admiralty cards don't have shabby stats at all.

Aliengen would be great since it can be used for both Vorta and for any other Dominion race the player wants to imagine, with any back story they want.
Do you have to unlock it like the other Jem ships, for every toon on the account to have it. I don't see the tier 6 in the mastery.
I don’t think it is possible that you can claim the Jem’Hadar veteran ship on non Jem’Hadar as those have access to the veteran ship(s) of their own factions.

Veteran Ships are one of a handful of Ships that cannot be claimed by other Factions.

Jems do seem to have a real bad admiralty setup with no low level ships they get while leveling, no T5 vet ship, and no captain's shuttle thing, only whatever low level Cstore ships you've gotten for your alliance. I don't know about everyone else, but I find those low level ships are usually the better admiralty cards to use, where possible, since they don't have the 18h maintenances of T6s.
