Kelvin Phaser Beam Arrays not firing as fast as other beams during overload.

My friends and I have run some comparisons and the Kelvin Phaser Beam Arrays do not fire as fast as other phaser beams during overload. Seems to be anywhere from 1/2 slower to 1/4 slower then standard beams. Which utterly breaks them in terms of usefulness. Please look into these premium lockbox weapons.

After doing some normal internal testing. I found that the shots with a normal phaser beam array and the kelvin Phaser beam arrays while under the effects of beams overload fired at around the normal same speed. If you could list some combat log timings with the weapons you were testing against that would help identify any possible issues.
