Days of Doom TFO crashes game

Twice now in 30 minutes, the game has crashed as I hit the loading screen heading into the Days of Doom TFO (the current Universal Endeavor} giving me a leaver penalty each time. It's not like we can re-roll these endeavors and try a different one instead.
