T5 lobi ships should be lowered cost or put in lockbox.

I mean unless you guys can give me a "Good" reason why they shouldn't, admiralty card isn't that good a reason. At 800 lobi, I don't see a reason to buy them at any point anymore when T6 is 100 lobi away. T5 lockbox ships are semi-cheap, and people collect them for admiralty or just to fly, I have a few on my old main. Feels like common sense to me.

I could totally be in the minority though and everyone is just blowing 800 lobi on an inferior product when the next one up is a little over 10% more expensive, but from what I see that doesn't seem to be the case, if I see a T5 flown nowadays it's either the Galor from the 3-ship bundle that's given to you, or older event ships. You want it to keep costing lobi? Ok, but make it affordable.

Most have been replaced by the T6 version.

Since T5-U is almost as good as T6 Cryptic would lose some T6 sales if T5 was much cheaper.

If you are a hardcore collector, then pay the 800, else buy the T6.

Not sure, I think the request isn't entirely unreasonable. Look at what T5 Lobi ships go for on the exchange versus T6 ones. The T6 ones tend towards the 200M mark, and the T5 ones are almost always under 10-15M (some only about 3-4M). Granted, Cryptic sets the price on Lobi and the market does for the Exchange, but it IS a sizable difference. I would argue maybe that T5 Lobi ships be at 65% of the price of a T6, ballpark est.

But it will be what it will be.

What is remaining will be replaced, eventually. Only the Hirogen and Undine ships remain.

The Dyson is still there at 600 but that is really a fill-in so you can get some of the Dyson equipment (Warp Core, Secondary Deflector). It is a real oddball in that it was a Featured Episode Reward and the only Lobi Ship that is Bind on Pick up. Also, it is stuck at 10 Consoles.

The Advanced Obelisk is also there. Not sure if that will get a T6 Upgrade.

Or keep price the same and make the lobi ships acount wide unlock like zen and rewards ships are.

The only thing that will be done to T5 lobi ships is being deprecated and replaced by a T6 version at some point.

No lobi ship is anywhere near 15M. The few T5 lobi ships that are still in production are near the same price as the T6's (because there is no significant difference between the tiers anyway). The ones that have already been deprecated are much more expensive than the T6's because of diminishing supply.

All lobi ships could do with a cost reduction across the board but that won't happen because the high cost and pittance you get from a single gamblebox help to drive the key sales.

Also, the T5-Lobi and previous grand-prize-LB-ships are getting phased out in favor of T6-versions whenever Cryptic get around to work on them.

If the OP was a 'Demand' it was the wettest noodle of a 'Demand' that I've ever seen.
