Hearts and minds confusion... Start date?

The blog says the 13th, but then at the bottom it says available from 12th to the 14th. Color me confused. I also cant find the mission in game.

    Have you checked the Available tab? Also, it says in honor of Friday the 13th not that it starts on Friday the 13th.

    Yeah, three times. Even flew around the sector it takes place in and nothing.

    It's not 6 PM Pacific time yet. 5:43 PM as I type this.

    It says it starts at 6pm, so it may show up in 16 minutes.

    I did check the calendar and it wasn't there. It finally appeared in the mission hails about 2 minutes ago, only 16.5 hours later than scheduled.

    It was in the In-game Calendar last night as well as being one of the Featured items pictured in the Episodes Tab.
