Cannot open Survival Suit box with a KDF character

As the topic name states, I just bought the Survival Suit directly from lobi store with my KDF toon.
I can't open the box and I get "You do not meet requirements for this item." message.
The description on the box says the outfit can be used by any gender and any allegiance.
