How are you celebrating STAR TREK DAY in game today?

Today is the anniversary of the day Star Trek first aired on TV, and is being celebrated as Star Trek Day:



The official STO twitter has acknowledged this as well:



However, since Cryptic decided not to do anything in game to celebrate, I wanted to ask the community how are you celebrating Star Trek Day in game today?

    I'm not. TOS was my first Trek and William Shatner is a god among men but it's just another day for me.

    I'm quite sure today is also National Panty Hose Day and Ice Cream Sundae Day and a whole host of other days as well. So, Imma pull up mah support hose while eating a banana split and finally run of those gosh darn Klingons who've been cluttering up Delta Draconis IV with all their talks about toll bridges and stuff.

    No. If we did celebrate it, Cryptic would sell the Star Trek Day completion Tokens (Captain Kirk Memorial Statue Holograms) in the C-Store and then destroy them in your Inventory without recompense a few months later. ;)

    I think we celebrate it every day we enjoy the ST franchise in whichever way we do. While it could be fascinating history, it wasn't the first episode on the first day that made Star Trek what it is, it was every episode and movie. Some are better than others, obviously.

    As much as this day may have started it all, it isn't the beginning that matters, it is the dream and the journey.

    I missed it. I wish Cryptic had done something for it, though. It seems odd to me that they didn't. Oh well.
