Borg TFOs

So, I've reached the end of the Borg Disconnected storyline, and it tells me to join one of the following TFOs:
Infected, Cure, or Khitomer Accord.
But there are no such TFOs!
There are the following:
Cure Applied
Cure Found
Infected: The conduit
Khitomer in Stasis, etc...
What are the actual TFOs I have to do?! (I'm not prepared to waste my time doing TFOs for the rewards that I need, as has happened in the past.)

    You can just hit Skip on doing the TFOs if you don't want to do them, but any that you list should qualify. Pretty much anything but Borg: Disconnected should count of the Omega Reputation list.
