Genesis Device for Spotlight authors - not rewarded

Hi everyone. I never received my Genesis Device reward for being a Spotlight author (mission: Divide ut Regnes) when the Foundry shutdown.
I have messaged Ambassador Kael several times over that past couple months about it. No reply.
Anyone have a better way of contacting him? The official forums don't seem to work. (I don't do social media , so that's out too)
