A fleet member of mine recently noticed that T5U upgrade tokens appear to be missing from the C-store. Was this intentional or an "oops" moment?

    I noticed them last night, I believe in the Promotions tab. They had no cost (said available) but I got an error trying to claim one, said something about reading the description more closely. Reading the description more closely did not enlighten me in the least however.
    Best I could figure out guess at is that they are now free any time you buy a T5 ship but I wasn't going to buy a T5 just to find out.
