Is already maintenance? I thought it was at 10am EST?

    same here...got disconnected when changing characters, now I cannot log back in on either of my accounts

    Server status is still green i guess for some reason the log-in server is down, oh well i guess taking an early break from STO today.,

    Just noticed it as well, can't sign in. Was going to do my personal endeavours before today's maintenance began, don't know if they've started early or haven't issued a notice of a problem.

    Yeah, Login Server for both Neverwinter and STO went down at 5am PDT / 8am Eastern.

    Cryptic still has trouble with dates and times I guess.

    I've also been disconnected from the host mind and thrust into the waking world too early! :(

    I'm from England if that is in anyway relevant. Which it isn't, apart from how I complain about things, which is generally politely.

    Can confirm, been getting the same message this past hour upon attempting to log in.
    I'm also getting the same message when trying to log into Neverwinter, so I guess it's sth. across the board, or should I say - Arc.

    As it happened seemingly exactly at the full hour, I'd suspect they by accident pulled the plug on the account server just too early for maintenance.
    It's a pity they obviously still haven't implemented an automatic mechanism to show the server status correctly - or maybe the account server(s) are not included in the status check.

    This is 2 hrs from me before official patching. I know nobody is working in the Bay area yet but they do need to mitigate these issues from happening. Please extend the summer event or give out extra tokens to complete them. This is a global MMO and some of us dont have the time to work around server issues like this. Thanks!​​

    Same thing here ... account server went down right after the start of the Horga'hn Hunt. Coincidence?

    Same here. Game Servers show Green and up, but the Account Server seems to be AWOL.

    Thought I would do my dailies before downtime but nope.
    Also when checking the charge feature through Arc all the games are showing complete tutorials etc before making a purchase.

    Positive (green) status indicator just means that the holodeck server is (mostly) functional.
    It has nothing to do with the account server, whose status they (sadly) do not show.
    When the account server goes down, you can not log in or change to a different character.

    The only good news is that it was going to be reset in two hours anyway.

    Just a FYI ... There are sites that show the Server Status for many popular MMOs, including
    Star Trek Online. (Not naming names or posting links because PWE/Cryptic does not like that.)

    These site(s) showed (at least at one time) the ping status of several STO Servers:
    Account server, Controller 1, Controller 2, Error server, Patch server, and Website.

    Unfortunately, this has not worked since some networking changes happened several months ago.

    It would be nice if PWE/Cryptic could either update them with the correct and current
    server addresses, or provide their own tool for doing so.

    Me too. I exited out of Tribble and was going to sign into Holodeck to do an endeavor before maint and got the message.
    Now a LTS and loving it.

    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.

    Then i'm lucky, no problems for me. Dit my mission and endeavors and when i get the message from shutdown in 30 minutes i switcht a normal way to a other toon and started 2 reps, starten 2 quick tfo's en now just logt out. And i'm living in Belgium/Europe
