Unable to load the character screen since the update of Star trek online Launcher of July the 18th.

Hello Everyone,
Since July the 18th of 2019 (North American time), after the update of the laucher and the maintenance.
My characters screens is unable to load and I have a black screen showing me a patching process which freeze and I have 0 bytes per second of progression. I tried to make a screenshoot, but everything appears black.
The game tries to load and even if the cryptic logo appears, and the age of discoveru screen to, my characters don't load and I have a Black screen.
I must admit I have Kaspersky Internet Security as an antivirus. maybe it could be problem ?
