Unable To Reroll Personal Endeavours.

As the title specifies, as of the 30/05/2019. I have tried on four level 65 'toons to no effect. Specifically, its the defeat Hur'q attendents very rare award.

    I also cannot re-roll the very rare endeavor, however mine is different, it's complete 3 Lukari TFOs

    Same. Also different mission. I tried to restart and to restart with a full verify. Still can't re-roll.

    I can roll only once. is it a daily rerol option? (one time per day only?)

    I don't reroll a lot, but one day I was especially unlucky on mission and reroll too, and it was on a day I decided to try still.

    Last Saturday, I could not reroll the Normal Endeavor to Kill Tzen'kethi Ground. Yet on Sunday it would let me reroll the Kill Tzen'kethi Ground in the Hard Endeavor. Go figure.
