No console to kill monster - Coliseum mission

Hello GM: I tried this mission "Coliseum" where you have kill worm monster and used console to kill. There is no console on the wall to kill the monster. I played this mission earlier with other character and worked fine but since the new updated this problem has happen. Can you fix please?

    I've got the same issue for completing "Defeat the Aehalh Worm". Playing a Romulan and none of the consoles are visible in the arena. The mouse cursor does change where there should be a console, but it's not clickable. Tried resetting the instance and dropping the quest with no effect. Also annoying because the worm puts you into combat on spawn resulting in my having to log off and wait till the server kills the instance.

    I also have the same problem. I've tried restarting the mission 3 times. no consoles to use

    I encountered this issue with my federation captain just now. I had to die and beam out and skip the mission because it would not spawn the consoles
    Processor : Intel Core i7-5820K @ 3.30 GHz
    Physical Memory : 32 GB
    Video Card : Nvidia GTX 970 4 GB GDDR5
    Operating System : Windows 10 Enterprise 1803 (64bit)
    DirectX : Version 12
