I'm looking putting together 1 to 2 fleets 1 for federation/allies and a second for Klingon/allies

I am looking at putting together a Klingon and federation fleet on PC RPG style or something within those lines
basic Rules:
-Must put personal life first
-working mic
-Is not a snowflake person example can't handle being picked on
-Sense of honor
-active but not 24/7
-age 19 or older
-discord
