Examples:
Console - Science - Pax Nanite-Reinforced Circuitry Mk XII (purple) is supposed to give +9.4% Hull capacity, but no change in Hull HP.
[Console - Engineering - Bellum Triburnium Alloy Mk XII] (blue) is supposed to give +1.1% Critical Chance, but no change in Critical Chance listing on Stats page.
