Exchange of Marks and Special-Marks at t5 rep is a Bad idea that rips away solo content initiative

please reduce that to, lets say t2 or t2 rep.
t5 is a really long run, just for beeing able to trade in some marks for dili. the game is so sparse of useful "solo"content, you should not kill any incentive to play at all. before this change people played at least one rom, one delta, one undine etc because you could make some relevant dili by doing some fun small solo missions. the incentive is now zero because i cannot trade in those marks and special marks anymore. most of my chars are now down to playing nukara and borg, because its the only place i can trade in marks. and no i dont want to farm all t5 rep with 15 chars just so i can play the game "normally" like before. a little cap may be okay, t2 takes like a week to unlock and i think t2 would be a good anchor point for that, but tier 5 is a bit to much. its like 6 weeks of stupid farming. many people have multiple chars, and still want useful gameplay (and no farming like 10 reps with 15 chars isnt fun at all)
