For the first section, the best advice that I have is to remember that your objective is NOT killing Terrans. Killing Terrans is secondary, at best. Your objective is to purify crystals, which means that destroying Agonizers and setting up Purification Crystals should be your main goal. You should only kill Terrans as a means to this end, such as if you think that they will take you down, which would slow, or even halt, your real objective. The purification bar seems to only start when every Agonizer is down AND every Purification Crystal is placed, so do that as quickly as possible.

Another helpful bit of advice here is that reinforcements don't spawn in as long as at least two of the original group of Terran defenders remain. Use that to your advantage. Kill off any Lieutenants or Commanders and leave two Ensigns, if you can withstand the damage from them, and you will have a very easy time of things, and get done very quickly, without having to run around and take care of new spawns all of the time.

Finally, for this bit, realizing that once the Agonizers are destroyed, you have the time advantage against the Terrans is quite helpful. What I mean by this is that setting a new Purification Crystal is effectively instant, and doesn't cause any significant rooting or interruption of your attacks. In essence, setting them is easier than destroying them.

Getting the first part done well requires a split into three groups. Your team may not have someone who can solo a path, so this may not be possible. If so, you should remember that there is NEVER a good reason for there to be more than three people on the same path, unless you were unlucky enough to get a group that is almost all at the low end of the level range, hopelessly undergeared, or tunnel-visioned into killing Terrans instead of actually accomplishing your objective. Of course, the final path will likely end up with all five of you on it for at least some of it, but that can't be helped, as there's just nothing else to do at that point, and not all paths will finish at the same time. Doing this part fast may only award ten marks, but it can easily shave a good five minutes off of the time on the map. so it's well worth it.

For the next part, just remember to cover the three roots. North and West will get attacked from multiple places, but every attacker on East will always come up from the same path, so, if you're going to have someone solo, their best spot is on East, so they don't get groups coming in from behind them. Here again, any placed Agonizers should take priority over Terrans, though killing Terrans IS your primary objective here. Killing the Terrans quickly means less chance for an Agonizer to be placed, and also a quicker escalation to the named Captain-level Terrans coming in, and thus another chance to shave a bit off of the time to complete the map.
