After reaching 41 points on a character, you aren't able to collect anymore.
Why not give the ability to transfer points to another character?

    Because that would completely defeat the entire purpose of the specialization system; it would let players create super characters with all the abilities of every specialization without having to make any sacrifices.

    The whole point of only allowing 41 points per character is to force players to think about what kind of character they want to play as BEFORE they start playing.

    Allowing players to transfer points would be creating a massive exploit; not to mention the fact that it would seriously unbalance PVP play.
