More like mega bug.
1) I cannot get the damn Jupiter uniform. Why? who knows? 7 of 9 was unlocked buying the bundle btw.
2) No matter what i do i cannot claim the Romulan Legacy.
I have 2 Romulan level 65, 1 KDF 1 Fed, but both can see PURCHASED, not Claim!
3) I can claim the Rom ships with my Rom characters in the Shipyard, and only there...
4) The support must be dead. No answer after many hours...
So, what can i do? Make a third Rom, not joined with both faction, and see if i can claim the damn Legacy?

But i cannot unlock the titles on the old Rom characters, and still i must unlock the Jupiter uniform.
I must start another FED character and try claiming it i wonder...
Hell, i already have 12 ALts!
The next patch will fix the Romulan issue but the Jupiter uniform is gone.
I can wear it, but i cannot unlock it in the store no matter what i do.
The strange things of an overbugged game...
And i won't waste Zen buying it a second time!!!
There is even a chance it won't work!
Not a big surprise after all. You're too busy adding new bugs, right?
But take this as a reminder: STOP MESSING WITH THE C-STORE.
Hell, if i cannot get what i buy what's next?
And why none answer me? Even a little reply is too much effort?
