Cannot spend dilithium or Lobi

I have no account issues of which I am aware, yet I cannot buy anything from the dili or Lobi stores, it's all greyed out for me.

Am I bugged or being punished in some way??

    Do you have any items in your overflow bag? That usually causes a problem when you are trying to purchase something. If not, is your inventory full? Thanks. :)
