These mismatched console sets are so frustrating!

It seems like nearly every ship now comes with a console that is part of a set of console pieces but they never tell you where to get the other parts of the set! I only recently put the quad cannons on my galaxy dreadnought and found that they're part of a set that includes the cloaking device and some quantum torpedo thing...the full set turns the cloak to a battle cloak and, yes please, I want that! But scouring through the ships in the C-store and they bury the console information in the description, delete the console description altogether in the bundles, and never tell you anything about the other consoles they work with. Is it really so difficult to add that information? I would think you'd sell more ships if we had that information. Even on the wiki the information is hard to find.

    Console sets are almost always in line with the ships they come on. For example, the Defiant variants have consoles and stuff that make a set.

    After googling 'sto quad phaser cannons' here's the result at the very top of the page: https://sto.gamepedia.com/Stealth_Fighter_Set_(Defiant). Or you can look at all the sets here: https://sto.gamepedia.com/Set. Most set items can be identified in-game with a right click for more info as well.

    Googling your Galaxy Dreadnought (which I don't own) brought up the ships on the wiki that included this link: https://sto.gamepedia.com/Starfleet_Maneuvering_Protocol_Set.

    To save you some time, the last console you're looking for (link) is on the T6 Defiant, and can not be fit on your Galaxy Dreadnought currently. That set can currently only be completed on the Defiant line.

    This limitation might be removed at some point, seeing as how they've made the consoles that were formally locked to the Avenger Battlecruiser line able to be used on any ship.

    As for more verbose info on consoles sets, etc., I'd certainly agree with that, and add to the pile of things the C-Store should have, like being able to sort ships by owned and un-owned, directly look at a given faction's ships instead of one large blob of all factions, sorting by ship type, etc.

    You can still look at them if they're greyed out by clicking them and the info comes up on the right side.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    That's the Stealth fighter set you're looking for. Unfortunatly you cannot equip one of the needed console on the dread. The quantum warhead module console can only be equiped on tactical escort variants (defiant).

    News to me. This doesn't apply to the Mogh/Kurak(the KDF version) line as far as I know. Those consoles are locked to the Mogh/Kurak and fleet versions. If that's the case, seems that the KDF gets boned once again.

    I just verified to be sure, and I was able to fit both on Fleet Vor'ral just now. The equip limitation got changed in the same patch as Fed side, like rattler2 mentioned, 6 days ago.
