How long after PC, do consoles usually get C-Store promotions?

When does anyone think the consoles will get the R&D promotion? Reason Im asking is that I really want that mirror crossfield, but I just spent a ton trying to get the styx, and didnt even get that, so I need some time to save up some money.

    You may also want to take the time to read up on ways to obtain ec to buy gamblebox ships rather than gambling for them yourself.

    Especially important when the box in question is the next to worthless R&D one.

    The difference with PC and console is this:

    On PC, Cryptic owns the game and controls the distribution of, and access to, the game. They can do whatever they want, immediately.

    On console, most decisions need to be passed through Sony or Microsoft. That delays things significantly.
