Missing items from starter pack

Hi, I brought the gamma starter pack it said it came with a ship. No ship has appearing in my inventory or ship list. Can someone tell me where to find it please?

    Check the C-Store. Or you can look for the ship in the T6 options at the NPC who you can get ships from. It is a Jem'Hadar only ship until you reach it's sixth unlock, then you can use it on your other characters.

    Are you trying to claim it on a Jem'Hadar captain? The ship is not unlocked for other factions until after a Jem'Hadar captain levels up the mastery level to tier 6.
