crashing right after clicking "Play" non stop, played fine two days ago

Just played fine 2 days ago now i get non-stop crashing/error and did several repairs, forced verify, safe log in and still crashing, i haven't played in 10 months due to Direct-X11/12 issues March 2018 so if i am going to uninstall the game i'm not going to reinstall. I lost everything in the Camp Fire in Paradise Ca on November 8th and i was looking forward to playing STO again full speed and even drop some sub-time to support a game that i really enjoyed in the past but not sure what you all are doing these days because it isn't working.

Indeed, it seems that "SERVER NOR RESPONDING" is becoming the rule rather than the exception. It also seems to be in a state of escalation. I suspect either the servers need upgrading rather than maintenance, or Cryptics ISP has adopted Frontier Communications position on reliability.

play without arc and steam , with admin rights ,not working! then try uninstall the graphic driver and install a clean installation of the newest drivers !!
