XP type boosts, yes in C-Store, Lockbox and Exchange. Skill boosts are gained from the Doff'ing system, but if you're after 'Set your level to X' boosts no. Only Jem'Hadar toons start at Lvl 65 and are intended for experienced players.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

That's what I figured. Guess I'm stuck leveling that crocodile looking race.
Still, leveling in this game is stupid easy. Especially when there are experience weekends like we had this past weekend. I leveled two toons that were around lvl 24 all the way to 65.
Now a LTS and loving it.
Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything.

Precisely. I can level a new toon to 65 in about 28 hours of gameplay, made easier with the XP boosting Admiralty as well.

Leveling does seem fairly easy and quick but even still, there should be that option for players who don't want to spend that time leveling alts.

There is...Jem'Hadar.

I do have a Jem'Hadar, I'm just looking to play new toons.
Considering it only takes a few days to level toons from tutorial to Fleet Admiral, that doesn't seem too much to ask.
You can also get exp boost tokens from the C-store which will speed you up some too.
Besides, you'll miss out on some nice mission rewards if you start all toons at lvl 65 out of the gate.
Not too mention the gameplay is more enjoyable with a fresh toon rather than having a toon that vapes out of the bag.

I agree. While it's nice sometimes to go into DSEs with my main and his main ship and just vape things when I feel like it, I usually prefer my battles to last longer than three seconds.
