If my fleet colony hasn't been made and is at 0, how do I get the colony provisions?

The quartermaster will give you a quest to acquire batteries, ore and luxury items. Each are in their own location, and require a mini-game to acquire.
Resident TOS, G.I. Joe, Transformers and hair metal fangirl.

And knowing is half the battle!

So, every day the quest reward is different

No, you can get the quest for all three of them and go find their nodes and mine for them.
Now a LTS and loving it.
Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

That's where I'm lost. I'm not sure where to look...Are they on the fleet base or somewhere else?

Explain what you mean by "you don't have one"????? You are in a fleet? It is a Fleet Holding....you can go there and do mini games for Colony Provisions.

Physical Location on the Sector Space Map:

    Alpha Quadrant. Drannur System.

There is a picture of the location on the Wiki: https://sto.gamepedia.com/Dranuur_System

Additionally: where is your Fleet Leader??? Why are you in here asking about this stuff....????

Yea, I found it. *shrugs* I think the fleet leader only comes on maybe once every few days...only been in this fleet for less then a week but I think it's part of a group.

My suggestion: Find a better fleet for yourself to join. One that will help you and already has their holdings completed or close to completed. It is not a task to do by yourself.

You can make a "Looking for Fleet" post over there....

And some of the the folks that are active in the forums.....with fleet web sites in their siggys.
Ask them about their fleet.....you know they must be active since they are hanging out here talking.

Having a fleet commander who is largely absent is survivable if other senior members are active. A dead fleet is no good though as the Colony World takes an incredible amount if dilithium to complete!!! Mine's fairly inactive, at least when I'm online, but we're in the process of queuing the final Special Projects to finish the Colony World off. Not sure what to do after that.

The fleet I'm in is called "Quark's Halosuite" and the armada it's part of is called "Starfleet Intelligence" with over 1800 members total.

At some point I'm sure I'll end up looking for a more active fleet.
